These Terms of Service govern your use of Xpress Catering website and services. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

Ordering & Payments

• Orders placed on our website are binding.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payments are securely processed via our payment gateway or confirmed via WhatsApp.

Delivery & Cancellation

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
• Orders can be canceled or modified only if requested 24 hours before delivery.
• Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy.

Delivery Timings

• Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
• Deliveries are made between 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM based on your selected time slot.
• For same-day emergencies, please call us directly. We’ll try our best to accommodate you.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on distance and daig size. Charges are shared during order confirmation.

Refunds or Adjustments

Refunds or adjustments are offered if:

• Your order is significantly delayed (more than 2 hours late) due to our fault.
• The daig was not delivered as agreed.

Please contact us within 1 hour of delivery with photos/evidence, and we’ll make it right — either via refund, replacement, or discount on your next order.

No Refunds For

• Change of mind after order confirmation.
• Delivery address mistakes made by the customer.
• Delay due to incorrect contact info or unavailability at the time of delivery.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and delivery information.
• Do not misuse or spam the website or WhatsApp ordering system.

Limitation of Liability

Xpress Catering is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or external factors. Our liability for any issues is limited to the value of the order.
